I don't mind him unifying I just have my doubts on Cotto and Canelo's willingness to fight him. We all know the history of the WBC.

The thing none of these scared Golovkin fans can get through their heads is that I don't have a problem with Golovkin. I like Golovkin and can't wait to see how the next few months play out. He could be in line to unify the middleweight division by the time this year is over. I have a problem with Golovkin's fans. They are the biggest bunch of hypocritical p*ssies on NSB right now. It's unbelievable how quickly the GGG fanbase has gone from "money and popularity is no excuse to avoid a fighter, who cares about money and PPVs" to a bunch of wannabe promoters who only talk about PPVs and money.

I don't see how the WBC can delay it any further though, barring some kind of controversial decision that requires an immediate rematch by the WBC. If there is a clear winner, it's been out in the open for a while now that GGG has the right to the winner and I believe they can take legal action if the WBC tries to **** them around.
If not and they both vacate, the WBC will be more than happy to strap that belt on Golovkin after he stomped whoever he had to fight. I really hope they keep their word and Golovkin is fighting for that belt early next year.

Aren't you embarrassed for Team Ward for this tasteless PR offensive directed at "Lil G" without a quality win from 1+ division below? Asking for 50/50 with no weight concession against a guy with way more starpower, heading into his 1st unification on HBO PPV. Asking for 2m for walkovers, PPV upside for undercard, 3 tuneups for a guy 3 lbs up, turning down fringe contenders, threatening lawsuits via lawyer saying "Lil G"... It's cringeworthy

And now Ward's moving on to Kovalev, so you can breath easy and keep pretending Ward is some huge LHW picking on poor little 140 pound Golovkin.

Ward is not moving on to Kovalev, at best to tuneup #1 out of 3 this p4per needs to face a guy 3lbs up. But he's still strongly considering BET's counter offer.
