Being rational about this I think you gotta say Manny is the more guilty party. Ariza seems to give boxers guilt by association. And while both have worked with Ariza at this point I think the tie breaker would be Floyd being tested & still performing at a high level while Manny was performing at his highest level during a run at his highest & 2nd highest weight divisions while 100% not wanting PED testing to slowly backing off of it over time & talks with Mayweather until he started being tested himself which seemed to align with him having a sharp decline in abilities. Just due to both of their high levels of performance at an advanced age despite neither having an official positive test they both gotta be on the PED radar, but Manny seems like he has more & more damaging circumstantial evidence of usage.Comment

For all this back and forth between the fanboy camps. Let's be honest with this.
Truth be told they are BOTH PED users plain and simple. I think Pac is clean now and for obvious reasons, but he was once dirty. And Floyd used this crusader cleaning up the sport stance as a cover up for his truths. Floyd has paper trail and past test that showed he was dirty and now this IV scandal just validates him.
But the basic answer to the main question is; THEY ARE BOTH DIRTY.Comment
