Nah, he's coming back. Given his lifestyle and spending habits, his cash flow is going to start drying up very soon. I say in about two years time he will be back because by that time he will be virtually cash poor. He will be tapping into those savings accounts because those huge deposits into his checking accounts will be sorely missed.
do u realize how much money he has? its not like his income stopped its not like these others fighters who got robbed by promoters. also a lot these things he been buying and such was paid for by the mgm grand aparently there was an article about it
Hopefully he doesn't because I wouldn't be confident in picking him over most top WW's at this point.
No we don't want Floyd fighting WWs. We want Floyd to be TBE. So he should comeback for GGG at middleweight. Just surviving 12 rounds and he would get massive praise even in losing.
He could then claim to have taken a legitimate risk in his career, something he is widely accused of not doing. It would be comparable to Duran vs Hagler, SRL v Lalonde and SRL v Hagler. Heck it would be comparable to JMM vs Floyd if you are talking recent times.
Now that Frauds steroid has been exposed and his record is absolutely meaningless, he would be a fool to come back especially knowing he can't cheat anymore and would lose to anyone in the top 12.
Of course he shouldn't come back he was so close to getting caught. Not saying he won't get caught in the near future with all the inquiries ballooning.
If he ever comes back and he fights clean with vada testing. He gets dropped in 4 rounds with any top caliber opponent. Floyd on OSDT will look like a deflated version of himself with no stamina. He won't last 4 rounds lol

And unlike most boxers, Al Haymon has connected Floyd with people who know a thing or two about investments and how to keep the money flowing through even when he's not boxing anymore.
Watch the documentary "Champs" on Netflix. In the film, Bernard Hopkins talks about how every rising star boxer should get an accountant and a lawyer to keep them safe from shady ass people like Don King.

You do know how easy it is to go through $400 Mil don't you? Let's not be naive here. Just ask Evander Holyfield and Mike Tyson what happen to all of the hundreds of millions of dollars they made in their careers by being overly generous and making bad investments.
The only success stories I can think of in boxing where the fighters walked away just fine with their fortunes intact were Sugar Ray Leonard because of his overall mental acuity to think for himself and self manage his career and Muhammad Ali because he had people around him who generally cared about him.

Al Haymon is a money shark. He is looking out for his own best interest. His relationship with Mayweather is a business arrangement in which he can make money and not a personal one. He didn't get into the boxing game to not make money but to make it. If Floyd couldn't make him any then he wouldn't be in his circle in the first place along with Leonard Ellerbe and all the rest of the hanger ons Mayweather likes to associate with. Remember that Floyd trusts too many people in his circle who don't have his best interest at heart. Also, couple that with the fact that he is a high school drop out who can hardly read and and write and this leaves himself very vulnerable and at the mercy of others. Moreover, it will make it even easier for a number of shady individuals to come in and swoop away his fortune; This includes men and women.
