LMAO USADA are "experts?" Well they are experts alright. Experts at giving away TUEs just like that. The simple fact that they haven't even revealed the medical justification for their "retroactive" approval of Froids TUE amidst all this scandal is a clear indication that they are trying to hide something.

And again, let's not forget that there are no scientific studies nor fact to back up that IV infusion is better than oral treatment for dehydration. That is a fact that cannot be disputed. The only thing I wanted to learn from their response was their justification for approving Froid's TUE. And guess what? They still didn't give any LMAO!

A few things that stood out to me while quick reading that long ass garbage was:

-There was a paramedic now that was called into his Froid's home to administer the IV? And we just hear about that NOW? Sure, whatever you say USADA LOL!

-USADA is now saying that:

"USADA was advised that Mr. Mayweather would be applying for a TUE several days after the IV was administered."

LOL are they serious? I thought USADA said during their first statement response to Hauser's article that Froid applied for a TUE right then and there when USADA came to his house? Now they're telling us that they were only notified that Froid will be applying for a TUE several days after the fight? Again, LOL at USADA for contradicting and changing their own statements! That is one sure sign that they are just making up their excuses and setting their story straight as they go along LMAO!

Also, they can't even give a specific date on when they were actually notified. You want to know why? Because they originally said that Froid applied for the TUE then and there at his house during the IV infusion LMAO!

Who knows. But saline and vitamins aren't banned and usada tested him both before and after the IV. David mayo and Kevin iole when they broke the story in May made it known. Even if there was a banned substance the rule that can be broken is NOT telling usada what was in the IV.
