And USADA's evidence for doing CIR is what? Their evidence that they were notified prior is what?
There is none. Their statement is as credible as the statement they gave to ESPN and SI that only Morales A sample had tested positive. Which was a lie.

FLOYD HAD NO GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD REASON TO BE GRANTED A TUE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HE WAS NOT BADLY DEHYDRATED AT ALL!!!!
so then WHY????? WHY was he granted a tue??? WHY was he allowed to use iv therapy when he could have used ORAL REHYDRATION WHICH IS WHAT WADA RECOMMENDS IN FLOYD'S CASE!!!!!!!
