So you fall into category #4? Ward is a bully and you want him to leave your beloved GGG alone.

Again, why do you people who I know have been following this sport for a while put history out of your heads when talking about a fighter you like??It does not matter how much or where he sells..Fact is Ward can make good money without him,not to mention is FAR MORE ACCOMPLISHED..This will hold weight at the nego table..It's a 55/45 kinda fight..I said this from the start cause I feel 3G has a better selling advantage, but you can't overlook what Ward brings cause of it..

Ward is the biggest joke in boxing today.

I agree with your overall point though. Golovkin isn't some huge A side in this fight. We'll have to see how his PPV does...
Your right Chavez gt 3M,Martinez 1.5mill,Gatti 3.5 and Mayweather 3.2..Which is amazing that they both got paid so highly..

Like you said tho,we have to see how 3G does PPV,cause I don't think he'll get half a mill views..200 to 300 is my expectation, and that might be reaching..

well alvarez is the biggest draw in boxing after floyd and pac and he only draws ~300k ppv buys when he doesn't have an opponent who can also draw. 200k-300k would be a respectable ppv debut for golovkin. i highly doubt that golovkin-ward would break 500k either

Very simple question and I have yet to see an answer. I always thought real fans prefer competitive fights. Not in this case.
