As for Manny, he had surgery and we have well known doctor stating that he had the injury. So yes, we have evidence.

so they took blood from Pac so close to the fight against eric morales for medical routine and to see if Pac was healthy?

NSAC can't test a boxer to see if they are healthy aprt from blood test?

          Pretty much.

I haven't looked into why it was taken so close. But it was probably because Pacquiao was unavailable or just didn't do it when he was scheduled to do so.

Mayweather didn't claim to have a "SEVERE" tear and would be out for 9-12 months did he?

We have two well known agencies saying Mayweather broke no rules but you don't believe them.

NSAC said they lost his blood sample that was taken earlier. not because Pac was unavailable or or just did not do it when he was scheduled to do so.

Floyd making USADA wait for 5 hours for urine test is what i think you are implying

No, I said I haven't looked into why they took it so close. And then just made a guess or probability as to why it happened. Just a guess. Nothing serious. And reason why I guessed 'unavailable' is because he does go back and forth to the Philippines.

So if they lost his blood sample, then that's why. But it wasn't to test him for illegal substances.

well known agencies does not equate to being trustworthy or suddenly NSAC became trustworthy to you when they favors Floyd but was not trustworthy enough for you when Pac said Let NSAC do the test.

And now today, Pacquiao no longer agrees to letting NSAC do a regular pre and post fight test after what Marquez did to him.
