They follow the banned substance list, not the methods.
Or maybe you're really just trying so hard to twist and invent random illogical crap just to clean your God Froid Armstrongs image in the hopes that people even dumber than you would believe your nonsense?
First of all, I already showed and proved to you that NSAC does in fact follow WADAs prohibited list BOTH for drugs and methods. See again.
Secondly, there was no specific mention of any sort that NSAC wouldn't follow WADAs Prohibited Methods list in that article. NONE.
Thirdly, just because it was stated that "they will refrain from adopting the full WADA code" doesn't automatically mean that they won't adopt the Prohibited Methods list dumbass! Hell, that doesn't even mean that they would automatically REMOVE anything from the code. You really are reaching there Froid **** rider
Here's the quote:
The NSAC will continue to use the World Anti-Doping Agency's banned substance list but will refrain from adopting the full WADA code. The commission feels that allows it to modify certain elements of its drug-testing protocols specifically for combat sports.
Additionally, NSAC not adopting the full WADA code may even mean that NSAC would even be more strict than WADA with their list and penalties. They might include substances and METHODS on their list that isn't even in WADAs code. They might even have more strict rules and guidelines than WADA on the usage of prohibited substances and methods. Oh wait, there's actually even an example given in the article about that:
As an example, the NSAC voted to add stimulants, such as *******, to its out-of-competition banned substance list, whereas WADA considers ******* a banned substance only within 12 hours of an event.
And lastly, even if I play along with your ****** ass and agree with your ******ed nonsense that NSAC now won't adopt WADAs Prohibited Methods list just for arguments sake, your argument still won't hold any weight numbnuts! The article was written on May 16, 2015. Froid was caught masking with the IV waaaaaaaaaay earlier than that. So your ******ed argument is still invalid. And most of all, it even states in the article that the ********* on the policies won't go into effect immediately. It even says there that:
The policies do not go into effect immediately, as the NSAC requires a certain amount of time to formally amend its regulations. The commission hopes that all changes will go into effect by Sept. 1.
Go keep on living in your fantasy world where Froid Armstrong is clean LMAO! Bye Forrest!Last edited by ganthet; 09-14-2015, 02:37 AM.

As from the quote above, anyone with common sense would gather that NSAC may possibly be specifically referring to banned substances only when they said that it wouldn't adopt the full code because it clearly states "banned substance list" prior to saying adopting the full WADA code.
Additionally, NSAC not adopting the full WADA code may even mean that NSAC would even be more strict than WADA with their list and penalties. If you actually read the article, you would realize and understand that. Oh who I am kidding, you're an idiot so you still won't be able to comprehend LOL!

You really have no leg to stand on Forrest. Unless you're now gonna pull something up your ass like you did earlier and say that this will be a "retroactive ammendment" LMAO!

We have two well known agencies saying Mayweather broke no rules but you don't believe them.
Then he miraculously is able to come back and train a few months later? Manny didn't come back and train for a fight and its now the middle of September.
