Let me know if you believed every single word from Floyd's list of excuses. If you do not then the question becomes, why did Floyd lie?
Floyd's excuses as to why he must have had this emergency IV:
- "Giving blood contributed to my dehydration" But didn't give blood for about 10 days!!!
- "Giving urine contributed to my dehydration" Not even Floyd fans can believe this.
- "Training contributed to my dehydration" Floyd is too experienced to do any kind of heavy prolonged training close to the fight where it would later require an IV. By then, training has tapered off.
What does Dark almost black/plum looking urine mean to you??
I'm still waiting for you to answer the above post. Floyd lied. Why? Only one reason. Its to cover up the truth.
To answer your question, I too sometimes urinate darker than usual. Sometimes happens when I sit at my office desk too long concentrating on work ..... maybe I needed a glass of water but I did not need an IV!!!
I also do long prolonged endurance type workouts and I'm older than Floyd. To boot, I lose a lot of fluids and that means that I lost quite a bit of weight. Again, I then intake my fluids and also eat and I'm alright. I do not need an IV ....... BUT more importantly, the next day, I'm much better. Floyd was NOT doing the kind of workouts that I was doing nor that he was doing earlier in his training camp. Floyd was tapering down.
Remember, it was May 1st. No crazy workouts happening. Also, Floyd/Ellerbe said that Floyd makes weight easily. So nothing they said adds up and again, why lie????
Finally, the pre-fight examination and NSAC doctor point out that Floyd was not severally dehydrated. Those are facts.
Every where you see Floyd, he is always drinking fluids. Even in that interview where he and Ellerbe are making them excuses. Floyd is drinking! The weigh in Floyd drank and drank and drank yet Floyd wants us to believe that he was "severally dehydrated".
This was not the first time that a boxer that I follow lost.
That was a close fight where Manny fought with one arm and Floyd was injecting IVs ...... plus everyone (NSAC, ref, Nevada judges, USADA,....) was all wanting their guy to win. Need I say more ..... you are wrong!
