Floyd was caught making USADA wait for 6 hours ( and they called it random drug test) just to get a urine test on HBO 24/7 from then on Floyd never had any videos of him being randomly drug tested by USADA ever again.

Either way, the Floyd IV scandal is not a good thing for Floyd. So there is harm and nobody can change that if things proceed as they have.
