It's like that episode of Saved By The Bell where Jessie became addicted to uppers. She doesn't want them she just needs them. They need this or else it means Manny failed in the biggest fight of his career .

But the NSAC says it has no interest in investigating the situation.Well, why not?
The week of an FM fight brings an additional 400 million dollars to Vegas hotels and casinos.
A new sports venue opens in Vegas in April and FM opening the place going for #50 would be a dream come true for Nevada and Las Vegas.
Meanwhile an investigation has the potential to call into question FM and Vegas' biggest fight and the reputation of FM and the NSAC.
Now if Nevada has the choice between stonewalling and possibly making megabucks with fight #50 or investigating a dicey situation that could blow up in their face, what do you think they will do?
In addition the boxing establishment has no use for any more bad news that an inquiry would bring out so there's pretty unanimous agreement to let this sleeping dog just keep on sleeping.
Not a bad theory at all! Welcome to this thread.
My theory is he already got an ex post facto TUE, in was looked into already, & nothing will come of it.
But I do like your theory too.

We all know Mayweather is the grandmaster of an organization that controls the media which is why this scandal doesn't have legs. He also owns vegas, the usada, wada and the nsac to allow him use a tue. He controls networks, commentators, judges and refs that gifted him an undeserved win against the mighty Pacquiao.
The name of this secret order; The Maylluminate.

The NSAC said from the beginning that they had no problem with FM and wouldn't look into the circumstances of the IV.
