Like how Floyd has IVS in his house when it's only suppose to be found in the hospital.
What do you or I factually know, from being a first hand witness??? I wasn't there, and unless you were the IV stand, we are repeating things none of us actually know. But based on this speculation, he needs to be investigated!
How can I help you? How can I help this investigation along! I agree there is enough prima facie evidence for a full blown investigation, and I don't think the state if Nevada should do it.
But boxing dies not have a global commission!
What do we do???

No tmt fans said he looked dehydrated after he weighed in.
No tmt fans said he was dehydrated after he got caught.
Only after ellerbe uses damage control. Thats why tmt fans didnt chime in until ellerbe spoke lies.
If anything floyd would have just weighed in at 148 and payed a small fine he can afford. He cheated marquez on the scales, why not pac. Funny thing is ,it now looks like he cheated juan on the scales cause he didnt know what he was doing back then (he used peds and couldnt get the weight off) .
This man cheated no doubt,i understand it hurts tmt fans
To the core to think their hero is truely a cheater and not this TBE they wanna belive he is. Thats life.
He made his bed and now he must sleep in it.
He was paying usada off . The main man taking cash on the side in a secret acct. Wake up tmt fans.
It happened . His fake crusade was exposed by himself.

Some say the story didn't add up since the hospital is where you rush someone who is severely sick and in need of emergency help, but instead he was rushed to his home only to find a sufficient amount of IVS ready to be inserted to Floyd's blood stream.
The next day. Floyd was fine and was ready to fight. It was magical.

Thank you for always remaining honest and respectful!
Personally, I think Floyd needs to be investigated!
End of story!
Best regards,
Zaroku!
I speak only for myself! Boxing deserves an investigation!
The cheaters with money and connections are several steps ahead of the testers. The testers need to first find out what the cheaters are currently doing then try to formulate a good test. By then, only some cheaters get caught. The rest see what's going on and move to the next thing.
The NSAC said that Floyd MONEY Mayweather is clean without an investigation required. Floyd fans will use that to say "see?" but if you are objective, it brings up a red flag! Why? For one, the NSAC was in disagreement with at least what they said just a few days earlier! What changed? Imagine, NSAC is in disagreement with the NSAC!!! Too funny!
Here is what NSAC said about all that:
“The TUE for Mayweather’s IV - and the IV was administered at Floyd’s house, not in a medical facility, and wasn’t brought to our attention at the time - was totally unacceptable. I’ve made it clear to Travis Tygart that this should not happen again. We have the sole authority to grant any and all TUEs in the state of Nevada. USADA is a drug-testing agency. USADA should not be granting waivers and exemptions. Not in this state. We are less than pleased that USADA acted the way it did.”
Floyd didn't state in his prefight form about the IV and severe dehydration. NSAC doctors signed as well (no dehydration witnessed). So on that alone and from what we heard the NSAC say about Manny's (checkbox) they should have said that they will obviously investigate.
About evidence:
"4. The Commission need not follow the rules of evidence that a court must follow. All evidence that the Commission determines to be relevant and submitted in accordance with the requirements of this chapter is admissible. If the Commission determines that the evidence is the sort of evidence on which responsible persons are accustomed to rely in the conduct of serious affairs, the Commission may use that evidence alone to support a finding of fact."

According to Floyd's medical form, he wasn't suffering from a serious medical condition such as "severe dehydration", and didn't receive any IV injections. There's no reason for him to exclude those important details unless, of course, he was using the IVs for a purpose other than "rehydration". At least Pacquiao's medical form listed the NSAIDs he was taking that hinted towards a pre-fight injury. Oddly enough, Floyd didn't seem to want anyone knowing that he took an excess of 750 ml of saline (roughly 15 times the WADA limit) a day before the fight.
The plot thickens...
