On this site, there are so many statements that may sound good, but they are logically incorrect.

Shifting the burden of proof is a favorite of yours! I have used it often to hopefully show by example that the arguement itself , is based on incorrect reasoning and as such are incorrect!

Now it should make sense why Mayweather rejected the additional $5M penalty for a failed drug test. He wasn't 100% confident his Armstrong methods would beat the testing protocols. Everywhere you look the facts all point to Mayweather being a cheater; "Where there is smoke......."

With the Maidana fight, they probably had a powwow before the fight. With Floyd explaining to Bayless what he had to do to control Maidana.
Even the commentators couldn't believe that they deducted a point from Maidana in that fight. Floyd just tripped over himself and Floyd hit Maidana with a better elbow a few rounds before and got nothing for it.


If I get the chance, I was thinking of creating a gif. Not sure they have the fight on youtube yet. Having your judges and the ref in your back pocket. Oh, now we have confirmation that USADA and the commissions are also ....... Hilarious.

I agree with most of the things you are saying, my opinion, not fact.

I enjoyed it when tony weeks was letting Maidana have some fun with Floyd... on the ropes. In my opinion, Floyd looked surprised, and seemed to try to get Tony to help him. I think Floyd blamed Weeks for the fight being close, my speculation.

But it was fun watching, how I felt!

When I taught logic in college i could have used this site...and to be fair, many others...to show many many examples of nonsense, ad hominems, straw men and even the occasional red herring.

I have received less than friendly messages from my "fan club" who want me dead. I am a fallible human being, but that doesn't excuse my behavior! I can't stop myself from taunting them, but I am working on it.

Oddly enough, he has rumors floating around about failing 3 drug tests with USADA, and most recently was discovered to have used IVs containing an excess of 750 ml of saline (roughly 15 times more than the WADA limit), which is a proven method for masking PEDs.

It should also be noted that two boxers who are promoted by Floyd, and train alongside him at his gym, have tested positive for banned substances in the past. And early on in Floyd's career he was involved with Don Hale, a man who owns a multimillion dollar company that specializes in testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).

I will submit l/stipulate that in this here court of public opinion, that Mr. hale and his statements should be weighed in the light of his bias and are factually accurate or inaccurate based on how much weed I smoked!

We don't know, what we don't know, because we can't know it, therefore Floyd cheated, by either doing or not doing XXXXX, and/or preventing others, whom he had no direct supervisor authority or responsibility from doing YYYY, thus allowing Floyd to gain an unfair advantage and making PAC look one dimensional, and damaging his iconic brand image!
