People are freaking out about saline solution with vitamin C that he got approval to take? Really? Some people have too much free time.

I knew that something like this was coming and I'm not surprised that it came up 2 days before his final fight. Since the bell they have done everything in their power to try and discredit Mayweather's victory: claims of robber, claim of a damaged shoulder and now claims of cheating.
There are causes for concern but I will have to see how things play out over the next couple of weeks. It is hard to form an opinion, that I feel will be accurate, when the information from both ends are incredibly bias. Ultimately I want to know what NSAC's approach towards IV treatment is (some are making the claim that the IV treatment is not banned by NSAC?); if the procedure is banned by NSAC, I want to know why the result was not changed to a NC upon them finding out.
More importantly I want to know whether Mayweather's practises is something that would have interfered with their ability to accurately test him for doping. I'm hearing that he was before and after [close proximity] the IV treatment, is that something that would stand in the way of an attempt to flush his system.
I wouldn't be surprised if Mayweather was doping. I expect most athletes at the top are cheating. As fans, you can only give them the benefit of the doubt so, whilst I wouldn't be surprised, I will be disappointed if the findings point towards the likelihood of him being a cheat.

Cheaters always lie and deny the allegations..
Look at all those baseball players in the past...McGuire, bonds, Clemens, Sosa... They all strongly denied any use. Same thing with Lance Armstrong..
But there's commonalities amongst many users.
Many cheats have done it when they were aging in their sport and were 'desparate' to keep and maintain an edge on the competition.Last edited by Strategic1; 09-10-2015, 08:31 PM.

Other issues are, why was he was allowed the IV (a) at home and not at a medical center (b) in such an large amount.
These are issues Neveda aren't happy with.
The quantity in which the IV was issued was way over the legal amount. It's illegal as when given by IV in that amount, it can be used as a masking agent for other substances in, or soon to be out in, the body.
Floyd said in his video that he was dehydrated. People doubt that, as he was only 3.5lbs over the weight limit at the 2 week weigh-in.
Even if he was in the need of rehydration..why via IV, when there are better methods available. And why in such an high amount..way over the legal limit.
People also have a problem with how the USADA went about the whole situation. Nevada are also un-happy and have told USADA never to repeat what they did.
It's fair enough to raise questions in my opinion.

This is a genuine question.
Where have Nevada said they aren't happy?
Also, the high amount, has this been confirmed?
Again, genuine question.

"The bottom line is USADA didn't keep us informed, which is totally unacceptable and unprofessional."
