Both partial samples were then mixed together to meet the required amount needed for an accurate urine analysis. The diluted sample would have made up the bulk of the two, which in turn, would have successfully masked any prohibited substance from being detected.

your 1st paragraph suggests Floyd was actually dehydrated.

The urine provided by Mr. Mayweather on May 1, 2015, was subsequently tested and has been reported by the World Anti-Doping Agency accredited laboratory as negative.”

USADA says differently regarding when the request was made. Yes, the TUE was retroactive.

Why would you punish Floyd for this? You'd punish USADA, right?

I am not reading your debate with anyone else so I wouldn't know.

The harsh response suggests frustration. It must be frustrating when you want a decision changed but there isn't any reason to change it other than -"wahh I'm mad Floyd beat Manny".

      But boxing is different!
This isn't boxing this is USADA you dip****. USADA gets approximately $10 in grants annually to implement WADA testing in the US. If they arenot following WADA rules and protocols then they are defrauding the federal government. Poor Froid gets pulled into the investigation because he is the one paying them not to follow WADA.

        You're in full denial.

Again, he was taking banned IVs without a TUE. If you don't consider that as being "caught", then your understanding of the word is very limited.

"He took the additional step of applying for a TUE after the IV infusion was administered, in order to remain in compliance with the USADA program."
That quote clearly indicates that he wasn't in compliance with the USADA program beforehand. So by that definition, he most certainly was "caught".

Obviously he was already granted permission by USADA, and they allowed it to proceed. And then later granted a retroactive TUE.

Says USADA but they have no evidence. The only hard evidence is that Froid applied for a TUE on May 19th.

Of course they are. These comedians been fuming and fishing for weeks now. It's so bad that they'll fish for articles without reading them, only to own themselves in the process.

But he wasn't "caught" in the sense you are trying to use it. There wasn't like a surprise inspection and he failed, he called them and said I'm going to do this.

You can be upset with Floyd's hubris and arrogance. you can and should question USADA for allowing themselves to be bullied and then giving Floyd special treatment, but to try and equate this with guilt seems agenda driven.

USADA is the source of evidence as they were the testing agency.
