GGG simply isn't worth moving up to 168lbs when you can get a super fight with either Cotto/Canelo then you have guys like Andy Lee who would make a big fight, Peter Quillin then some of the lads down at 154lbs who will eventually come up such as Andrade, Lara, Charlo brothers and so on.
168lbs definitely isn't the stronger division and it doesn't have the better future coming up.
164 is not a weight class.
And you just named lara, Charlo brothers and Quillin as potential ggg opponents. All those dudes are with haymon. In fact everything 154 and below is pretty much haymon.
So you know just like everybody else that those fights won't happen.
And I like GGG but yall trying to make people believe that Andy Lee vs golovkin is a great fight. Stop it.
Andy Lee couldn't even beat chavez jr, what he gonna do with ggg?
GGG vs SOG is bigger than any fight Golovkin can make outside of the cotto/Canelo winner.
And the winner is not even guaranteed. Canelo and cotto are gonna make so much money, that they may fight a rematch.
If ggg doesn't wanna move up. That's fine. But don't say you will fight this guy and this guy at their weight class, but tell the best one of the 3 he has to move down too a imaginary weight class.
That makes it a duck.

You're just biased and butthurt cause Ward has no fans and hasn't had a meaningful fight in 4 years. Let that sink in for a second, Golovkin has fought on HBO 8 times in the last two years. Ward has fought on BET ONCE! in the last 2 years.

Lomo's young enough I think he could cut the extra 2lbs without it hurting him. He'd still come in around 136-138. Rigo seems maxed out at 122lbs, his rehydration weights are about 126lbs.
Because their skills are relatively close in levels, I think the size difference will play a big part in the end result. I know Rigo doesn't have many options, but I don't blame him if he doesn't want to sell out his name for a loss to a bigger man in Lomo.
