I have no dog in this fight but the facts are that the woman did manage his business, was with him raising his family, etc. I also know that judges can be generous with other people's earnings...it works both ways, if she was lying she will probably be dealt with either way.

As soon as i saw who the brother had married I knew he was doomed. Some people are all about money & she wasn't the best looking thing anyway. But I hope the judge in this case don't ignore the facts like most do when a brother makes a lot of money.

If rich guys stayed with the woman they made it with in the first place & work through the ups & downs they stand a better chance of keeping what they have earned. The way I see it, if you aren't a decent looking guy from day one & some fine woman starts trying to get your attention you should know or your people should advise you to hit it with a double wrap & quit it. There's no law that says you have to marry a woman because she gave you a little something something. Me personally, instead of having a hype man, I have a guy on the payroll that all he does is buy condoms. A hype man ain't going to help me with child support but at least my condom guy is probably worth his weight if he does his job right.

No - assuming Shane wins this judgement and the judge declares him returned all assets lost to Jin in the divorce... And she didn't have 600k - assets she had would be seized and turned over to Shane.

If she had nothing to be seized -a lein would be placed on her name so any future income or assets would be seized.

When. She dies her estate will have to turn over anything jn her name totalling thr value to Shane's estate or who he names to inherit


That's why his lawyer is filing for a motion to have all her accounts and assets frozen so she can't write over houses cars accounts etc to her family or friends where Shane can't touch them if he should wjn.

Vases like this can take up to half a decade before any monetary value is actually turned over so that's why it's important to file a motion up front to have **** frozen until the finalization of the case.

Gatti was not murdered. He killed himself in a moment of weakness after suffering from hears of alcoholism and internal demons.

I don't know why it's so hard to accept the facts showing he killed himself.

It doesn't make him any less of the man he was in the ring -which is how we should.knoe and remember jim.

We weren't his personal family or friends - were boxing fans.
