People actually think Floyd couldn't outbox Tito but Oscar actually did...

Floyd never underestimates his opponents. He knows what they bring to the table and knows how to take it away from them. Floyd UD

At 147, I dont think that Tito could beat Mayweather, but Pac would be a great matchup and great fight.

He said what he's supposed to say. But we have the evidence that Floyd would have out boxed him in his De La Hoya fight. Power shot for Power shot I think he takes Pacquaio out.

Floyd would have avoided Tito until hes past prime. No way he would have ever fought a prime Tito. Just as he did with Pacquiao.

Tito wouldn't have made 8 different silly excuses to avoid the blood test.

In reality, Pacman will fight him win or lose. Floyd will duck him!

he beat joppy, a solid fighter at 160, and showed good power at the weight. he was 5'11" and had big shoulders, after all.

watch him knock joppy, a true middleweight, clear across the ring with the left hook.
Joppys trainer Marvin Simms after the first round was over, was classic.

In reality..... the title said prime, and Pac dont fight those guys..... and in reality..... Tito will have no problem taking that harmless lil blood test.

The opposite to your post, is the most likely scenario.

He didn't throw one meaningful punch and then ran for the last 5 rounds and may not have thrown a punch in the last 3. Bernard was way to big for Tito. Wink confused Tito. Manny would get KO by Tito within 7 rounds. Berto would get killed. Oscar fought the most pussafied fight in boxing history, and he did not win.
                      nice analysis.
