This fool and the Showtime crew are giving the fans their best lying politician treatment so they can **** us with this garbage PPV. Floyd will talk about retirement and then in February, announce that he is fighting again in May.
Pac vs Brook/Thurman/Khan winner should get to be #50 in that new venue.
In the meantime-nobody should be happy about having to pay for his card in September. Legit card, just not PPV worthy. In fact, all his fights should be free from here on out.... regardless of who it is.

Exactly how politicians navigate their way and take their subjects into a deceitful, sinister ride because they've done it multiple times before and got rewarded. He''ll come back doe.

I agree that he wants to be a free agent. I also agree that his fights if he continues should be on free tv, at least 1 of them anyway.
Imagine if Floyd fought #50 on free TV? He wouldn't do it for us, it'd be more for PBC and Haymon. I think it's a good marketing attempt to gain more exposure for the PBC series over the next couple years.
Of course, then he's not obligated to any contract and demand as much money fight to fight. The networks will pay more in bidding wars vs a signed extension for 3 more fights limiting the guarantee.
