bro.. thats just your opinion.. just because a guy does better than you expect doesnt mean he won.. i had floyd winning 7-5. .you have a different score.. and thats why its a close fight.. which is why a rematch happened and all doubts were erased. . nobody expected algieri to give khan hell, but he did, does that mean he won? no khan won it in my book pretty convincing. close but clear win. .same thing with ppl that say peterson beat garcia, who expected garcia to get rocked the way he did..but that doesnt mean he lost, peterson didnt do much for 8 rounds.

this can keep going.. maidana did better than expected first floyd fight , but lost, faded in the late rounds, but still some say he won..now contrast that with the floyd-cotto fight, cotto gave him hell but everyone agrees floyd won, because it was expected that a HOF opponent would be tough for floyd.

The first Castillio fight just reenforces the fact that 10 point system isn't used effectively. The rounds you could give Floyd were close, but Castillio clearly beat Mayweather up in the later rounds and showed he was a class above Floyd that night and should have left with his title.

You would have to give Floyd every close round to have him winning which I didn't. I score close worlds for the champion as it should be.

Floyd is absolutely right. Look at who Golovkin is so desperate to fight: the winner of Cotto vs Canelo.

But both of those guys are Floyd's sons. He's already been there and done that.

the only elite fighter left at 147 is bradley. .but what are the chances of arum and floyd working again?.. other than that theres no threat in that division. .now at 154 theres some guys who can give floyd trouble, Cotto and Lara.

I don't even think Bradley is elite anymore. He's on the downside of his career as well.
Style wise Lara could give Floyd a good fight but my god, how boring could that fight be...
I think GGG at 154 would be the only real threat to beat him if GGG could be healthy at that weight.
