Shane is perfectly qualified and knows his stuff in terms of training and nutrition. Plenty of fighters who are big at a weight can have a difficult time making weight once in a while. Slightly different approach next time should be all it takes.
What's up with him? I never heard of the guy until Frampton and he takes him straight to a World title.

I don't even want him at featherweight. I'm not buying he is moving because of weight issues.

He has nowhere left to turn at super-bantamweight except Quigg, but Quigg is fine with Donaire lined up instead if they still can't agree terms.

Santa Cruz has got Mares, Rigondeaux reportedly Lomachenko, so it leaves Frampton with scraps to choose from.

I really like him, and given that he's only 26 he's got a lot of room to grow.

It's rare that you get one guy who takes care of everything, but it's something that I think is advantageous. He had a solid amateur career before he took up learning strength, conditioning and nutrition so he's well qualified to take care of all the training from pad work to science based strength and conditioning as well as making sure the diet and weight are on point.

Carl has always been a really good fighter, but he's made real improvements since Shane took over and has shown progress with each fight.

Ducking rigo . Another one . Frampton should unify with rigo before leaving the 122 . no one wants rigos title ; better said : all are scared of rigondeaux at 122 .

Hit and not be hit , you can not hit what you don't see .

I wish. In Boston, but who for a ref? That McJoe fight was ref heavy.

              Any particular reason for Boston?

I get the Irish thing, but New York is usually the chosen location for Irish fighters in the US, no?

He's only talking 126 because Santa Cruz just left the division, that's the big fight he was banking on.
