GGG said he asked Ward 3 times was he ready to fight while he was in contractual confinement , Ward responded "don't u see these handcuffs u moron" , but now he's a free man GGG seems to do nothing but avoid him . And u seem to do nothing but find more excuses for him , go figure !
This news today, if it's even true, is the first time Andre has ever said anything to indicate that he is ready and willing to fight GGG this year, rather than at some undefined time in the future.
It could be the timing won't be right. GGG is next in line for the winner of Cotto/Alvarez, which would be a huge fight for him. If he decides he wants to get that one done before fighting Ward, that would be perfectly understandable.
Only a very biased "fan" would accuse a MW of ducking if he doesn't want take Andre Ward as a stay busy fight while waiting to unify against one of the biggest names in boxing in his own division.

On the other hand, when asked about Ward, GGG's management is playing A-side/B-side d1ck measuring games. Which in boxing language translates to, "we don't want the fight."

golovkin is better than people think even with the hype.
he hasn't really needed to step up a gear when the going gets tough. He has many levels..

So Ward said he'll go down to 164 and he'll take 50..well he's going to have to take 40..after he agrees..nothing else to really discus...
When the B agrees to the A's terms, we'll talk about the fight, until then...nothing to discuss...Last edited by MisanthropicNY; 07-18-2015, 10:38 AM.
