Pacquiao let nobody down, he was injured. Accept it. He didn't cancel the fight because had he did, it never would have happened. /End of thread

Very true. I can give a 150 million reasons why he did go through with it too.
cant say i blame him either. Would anyone pass up that money?

Before you were saying he got hurt during the fight. Now you are saying he got hurt before it, without any evidence that he did, other than the stopping of training camp for leg cramps.

Bob even said Manny was 100% before the fight and Koncz checked no on the form yet you still post this. You even go so far as to suggest if Manny had truly been hurt and reported it honestly, that he'd never have gotten to fight Floyd.

Anything rather than jut admit Floyd won because he is the better man.

Argue what, specifically? You want me to debate whether or not the judges were corrupt? There were about 14 holds in the fight. That's not an excessive amount of holds by any stretch of the imagination (which, by the way, is where this notation that this was a close fight is coming from from, apparently). Pacquiao claims that his shoulder got injured in the 4th. The lost the first 3 rounds fairly convincingly and wasn't doing anything in the those rounds that would suggest that he could do anything to trouble Mayweather as the fight went on. His best rounds were 4 and 6 - after his apparent shoulder injury (that he never mentioned during the fight and never got worked on, by the way).

That's Pacquiaos problem, not Floyds. Floyd didn't manipulate Pacquiao into hurting his shoulder. Mayweather also didn't manipulate Pacquiao's team into checking "no" when they were specifically asked about any injuries.

There are really only 2 options here: Either Pacquiao and his team are lying, or Pacquiao and his team are completely incompetent or unorganized. Which one would you prefer?

It's well documented that he hurt the shoulder 2-1/2 weeks before the fight and he reinjured it during the fight. There's no holes in my story bud. Floyd definitely won, but Pac was not 100%. You know that's the truth based on the surgery, just admit it.

I never said it was Floyd's fault for any of this, all I'm saying is that Pac wasn't at 100%, which is a fact......then a ton of nitwits want to somehow ignore facts.

Goat-Bob said Manny was 100% going into the fight. Team Manny said they stopped camps for leg cramps. Where is the evidence that he hurt his shoulder 2 1/2 weeks before camp?

Your story is completely opposite of what Bob is saying dude.

Now I know you do not think Manny would get shoulder surgery unnecessarily. Do you think he would get it if he didn't need to if he thought not getting would result in him losing the $150 mil purse?

Would you get unneeded surgery to prevent losing $150 mil? I know I would.

Floyd wasn't 100% going into the fight either.

The facts from what Pacquiaos camp has said is that Pacquiao injured his shoulder in the Oscar De La Hoya fight, which was years ago. That means that Pacquiao has been fighting with a pre existing injury for several fights now (according to his camp).

You want people to ignore this fact...why?

Another fact is that Arum admitted that Pacquiao was 100% going into the fight, evidenced by another fact: Pacquiao checking 'no' when asked to disclose any injuries before the fight.

Freddie Roach goes on a radio show 2 days before the fight and makes a bet, guaranteeing Pacquiao would win via KO. He sounded extremely confident or a guy that should have known that his fighter had a torn rotator cuff. (This is the same Freddie Roach that said that Pacquiao would have to fight the perfect fight to defeat Mayweather, BTW)

                      What am I missing here?
