Ward said he knew that fight had no chance of happening, GGG fans are desperate lmao. We have video and audio footage of GGG saying Ward is too much, and this is still a discussion? I don't get it.

If you think Ward is worth so much and shouldnt be the b or c side to GGG then talking big on this forum doesnt help, it seems like there is just a couple delusional haters here who actually dont put the money where their mouth is.

Anyway give me a call when Ward is done with his tuneups next year and when he can draw even half as many fans as GGG.
What makes you think Ward fans dont watch his fights ?

Ok, i can come down to your likes:

Mr Philadel, fan of Danny Garcia, how can you be a fan of an immature kid who wears grills in 2015 and is a wannabe gangsta rapper, mostly wins by gift decisions and instead of rematching his daddy Herrera, he fights people like Rod Salka? Also that garsh punch doe, brilliant technique.

Then Cotto, who turned into a pus.sy a couple years ago after he got his face smashed in by Pacquiao and Margarito, and got embarrassed by Austin ****in Trout. The pink clocks diva who only cares about his money and having all the advantages in a fight and holds a belt hostage in a division he doesnt belong.

Tell me the truth, youre actually one of Haymon's ********.
Why are you so emotionally invested in Garcia and Cotto ?

            Not really !

That tongue-in-cheek comment was made by Ward while he was beefing with Mayweather on twitter about some dumb shht.

Nobody ever considered that to be a serious offer.

            Ward never mentioned it again.

Mayweather never mentioned it even once lol.

            A completely different situation.

Ward and Mayweather will never fight because of weight disparity, three divisions separate them..... whereas Golovkin has mentioned Ward, and Ward has mentioned Golovkin..... they are likely the same weight on fightnight.

            Not really.

Hoya..... no way, I did not believe the comeback story, and even if true..... Oscar would not have fought Golovkin.

Mayweather..... nope, not at 160..... it will not happen.

Cotto..... no way, not at 160..... Cotto has already stated that every middleweight opponent will be at catchweight.

Canelo..... I doubt it. I think Canelo will either a) require a catchweight, something like 156-157 b) or Canelo will wait until he has acclimatised to 160..... so, in 2017.

At 168, Golovkin has Froch/Chavez/Ward..... he also has the brits Degale/Groves..... he also has the Dirrell brothers/Jack/Abraham/etc.

Froch/Chavez are as lucrative as any fights at 160.

To be honest, I dont really care, now that the fog (hype) is lifting.

ward was willing to fight floyd at 160 so he wouldn't even have to go down that far. froch and chavez jr were the a-side so they got to choose the weight. ggg is clearly the a-side as ward can't draw as many fans or viewers so ggg gets to choose. seems to make perfect sense. not that its right but ggg was willing to make concessions when he was the b-side and ward is not. that is the difference.

I have an issue with that.....

Mayweather, a proven PPV star and legend, is the A-side.

Pacquiao, a proven PPV star and legend, is the A-side.

Cotto, a proven PPV star and legend, is the A-side.

Golovkin is not the A-side compared to Ward, or compared to anyone.

                  They are both the B-side.

So, I have what you want, you have what I want..... 50/50, and DONE !

I say NO FCUKING AROUND, quibbling over pennies, because neither of those guys are established stars, certainly not established enough to argue about.

Removing excuses, is better than adding excuses.

                    That sounds perfectly fair.

Well, not perfectly fair..... otherwise you would have said 168, and 50/50.

But, that is close enough in my book.

Golovkin likely sells more tickets, not enough to be considered " A-side "..... but enough to be considered.

                    They are both the B-side.

they did a follow up interview and ward reiterated that he would fight floyd at 160 but it wouldn't happen because of the weight disparity, not because he was not willing.

ok so no weight disparity would exist like the floyd-ward fight. why can't ward go down to 164 if he was willing to go to 160?

how does ggg have froch/chavez jr? they already turned down the fight. he has a mandated super fight if he stays at 160. maybe those guys will duck but its a lot more likely that he gets that fight.
