Cotto has surpassed Tito and here's why. Tito we know fought with loaded gloves and once he was caught was no longer the explosive knockout artist he had been known for. No different that Margacheato. So on the basis of that Cotto is a better and more proven fighter. I honestly always thought something was up with Chito's power because he was hurting world class fighters too easily in the first few rounds. For example i dont like pedraza, velez and the arroyo brothers and they are puerto ricans... they suck
