Very well written lawsuit...much better than the Golden Boy suit which seemed rushed to me. I read a lot of lawsuits for my job, and this one is freaking impeccable.

Honestly sounds like a whole lot of childish complaining to me. The first two bullets are voided by the mega fight, I'm not sure how the 3rd bullet can be proven, and the last 2 I don't think have any real weight to them.

They have to do something, hope to get a good ruling early on and then force some kind of resolution that is alright for both sides.
Anti-trust is complicated stuff, and normally it would be a long time player not some start-up, so it is kind of odd in that way. It looks like Top Rank got out maneuvered on a lot of fronts though which shows poorly on them because they were surely powerful enough to not allow this to happen to them. Main Event and even GBP after the break-up I can understand as that is a small time player and a company that was totally in flux, but the supposed gold standand let Haymon just eat their lunch like that? Not a good look on their part~
