lara's skills have always been overrated. angulo doesn't even know how to throw a punch correctly and he was catching this guy all night. he is sloppy as hell and runs more than he boxes. i don't know what other people are seeing.

This was actually a terrible win for Lara IMO. Rodriguez was supposed to make Lara look like an elite fighter but it made him look like only a good fighter. Any elite fighter would have finished Rodriguez off within 3 rounds easy. Going 12 rounds with a guy who showed no defense just shows that Lara isn't elite. Even Floyd would have KO'd this guy in 3 rounds, even at 154.

What?! Floyds last legit k.o. was against Hatton. Floyd isnt knocking **** out at 154. That being said, you can be elite without knocking fighters out. Example: Floyd. Lara had scores of 120-107 three times. Clean sweep. Albeit against an overmatched foe.

Lara is soft and hitable as demonstrated by Angulo he would get brutally beatdown by both Cotto and Triple G.
