    I believe...in certain sports there is a predisposition towards PED use to remain competitive and / or gain an advantage for the top earners.

    Any boxer who has been highly successful across numerous weight divisions AND been a high profile earner has to be under su****ion.

    There is no point in taking the 'innocent until proven guilty' perspective at this point in the process.

    We are past the point of pointing the finger, we need to presume all are guilty until proven otherwise.

    Rigorous, consistent testing must be adhered to with suspensions / stripping being issued for missing tests etc.
