One fighter was willing to make the fight, the other was trying not to have one. Yet you blame the fighter who was trying to catch the other for a stale fight?
And to add to injury, there was no fire from either side, FLoyd was happy to collect his check as Manny in one of the biggest fights in boxing history.
I called it before hand as well, just by watching the Maidana fight. That this could potentially be a stinkfest.
Maidana II was also a stinkfest, clinching and running, and Maidana did go after FLoyd, problem is that everytime he would send FLoyd to the ropes, Mayweather CLinched. Dont see how you can blame Maidana in that one either
I'am also being generous, and putting some blame on Manny for this fight, but the fault on both.
Styles make fights is an old boxing axiom. The whole essence of this fight was the style matchup of pure boxer/defensive genius vs volume puncher/KO punch power. well, one guy fought his style while the other didn't.
Sorry dude, but all before this posters like you touted manny's speed, volume punching, power and stamina as the keys to beating Floyd. Manny showed none of these traits.
Be an adult, hold him accountable, accept Floyd is the superior man, move on.

At the end of the day, Mayweather is going to take home $250 million to $275 million, with Pacquiao clearing $170 million to $190 million.
That seems criminal to me.

Blame goes both ways. This is entertainment, both didn't deliver, simple as that. You can spin it anyway you want, at the end it was the entertainment that people complained about.
If that's the way Mayweather fights, boring, then he gets the blame as well.
No fire from either side, both fought like they had their check in the bank.

Pacquiao supposed to have the tools to cause the counter puncher/elusive fighter problems. Pacquiao didn't have the tools so it's the counter punchers/elusive fighters fault for being elusive.

You need to stop blaming Floyd for being boring and start blaming Manny for sucking.
