    Manny's speed is greater but Canelo is bigger than Cottoroid and Manny wasn't. Cottoroid promotions only makes "Mexico vs PR rivalry" fights if the Rican is bigger than the Mexican...... or if the Mexican is washed up, etc. Cottoroid chickened out vs Canelo throughout the years because

    1. He was going on vacation
    2. then because he was going to fight Trout
    3. then because he was going to fight Martinez
    4. then because he thought he was the big star after he started roiding with Roach

      no one was scared of anyone.

      It was cuz cotto wanted to wait if he could get floyd, which was best for him... Canelo wanted the date so he couldnt wait... ONe fighter wanted to wait it out and the other couldnt... simple as tht.

        Again how the hell can people call this a duck WHEN CANELO DECIDED TO EXIT NEGOTIATIONS and pick another fight. Canelo tried to rush while Cotto was taking his time. Canelo needs Cotto more then Cotto needs him so Canelo should of been patient. But this fight will happen next after boths next fight.

          That's what makes the fight so interesting. Mayweather has never been in the ring with someone who had both the speed and skill to hang.

            That's how I saw it, too. Alvarez tried to be a big dog and force Cotto into the May date to compete with Mayweather, and Cotto knows better. Alvarez walked away, it's his fault.

                      In another interview, Cotto mentions Canelo "walking away from the table to go fight Kirkland..."
