Pacquiao has better footwork, in and out movement, quicker feet and is just as accurate, he probably has a better guard than Mayweather too.

if that was the case pac wouldn't get hit as much as he do if he has all those tools why have he been in so many wars when the rules of boxing is hit and not get hit
