The intelligent money almost always comes last because you want as much info as possible before you make your move, you would have also followed how the line has moved maybe not hitting the perfect time but getting close enough.

Odds have nothing to do with that sort of thing, odds are just a reflection of what the public needs on the fight to bet a lot. Sports books normally want the money to come in even and then just take their cut on very high volume, no risk on them then.

The odds do not mean much though, other than how the public feels.

Every single boxing spokesmans whether it's a fighter, trainer, conditioning coach, writer, or even other athletes, celebrities, they are all picking Mayweather and saying, BUT Pacquiao still dangerous. Your telling me Pacquiao is the favorite on the betting? I smell BS.

For such a fight that is 50/50 in many eyes, when you read between the lines, Mayweather has been either picked to win or the favorite to win and Pacquiao is just, he has a punchers chance?

i smell something fishy with these "vegas odds". Doesn't seem right that the "undefeated TBE" would be the "underdog" against pacquiao... There's not a chance in hell Floyd opens at a 3/1 favorite, and closes as the underdog. The amount of money required to move a line that far would be ridiculous.

If Floyd gets down to -160 or better, there's going to be millions of dollars bet on him.
