There is nothing moral about boxing most would agree with that unless you are one sick blood thirsts person deep down everyone knows this. Men who save lives and change lives for the better are to respected and revered
I agree 100% with your statement in the fact that there are surely other professions that deserve all the respect in the world. But most fighters are from very poor backgrounds, and do not have the opportunity to have an education to have these kind of jobs. They do what they have to to get out of the ******, and support their family, and by training instead of going to school, they do just that. Most fighters do not want to really hurt somebody. Just like most Police do not want to hurt somebody, but it happens. Now I know that police are serving the community, and the fighter is only serving his own family, but we should not criticize a person for making the best choice for their family. What I am saying is that for some (most) people Boxing is not a choice, but a necessity.

I watched that fight live, and he let out a horrible gut wrenching scream and I knew right away he was in trouble. He was a high volume entertaining boxer.

Second sad death this week in boxing following the passing of youngster Kaito Hattori from leukemia aged 17. RIP to both Oscar and Kaito.
