Honestly I think it comes down to trying to make a profit after paying the fighters purses. They need to price the tickets, the PPVs, etc. so that they can hit that top line revenue target. The promotion has been low budget to keep costs down.

I've read somewhere.. that Top Rank is extremely organized and professional when it comes to production and the organization of an event. They are quite detailed and follow through.

While Showtime is a bit all over the place and less organized. Forgot where I read/seen this.
