This is about whether pac fought one armed that night.

Collaboration of evidence shows he did.

    KAAAAABBBBBBBBBOOOOOOMMMMM!!!

Fight another day homey. You cant spin the truth. You just tripped and admitted it. Time to walk it off.
Only proof of the injury before the fight means he came in the fight with one arm. Without that, it means he came into the ring with two healthy arms.

If he injured the shoulder during the fight, who's fault is that? Can Tim Bradley claim victory because he injured himself early against Pacquiao? According to your logic, Pacquiao cannot beat a healthy Bradley.

And your sound effects doesn't erase facts that NSAC had no proof of the injury pre-fight.

Hatton was injured during the Pac fight and Mayweather fight, so now he really beats them both with a 100% healthy head.

NSAC is doing an investigation because they want PROOF the injury existed well before the fight, explanations as to why they weren't informed well in-advance if an injury existed, why his physicians said he was healthy to perform, why the check box and comments said NOTHING about an injury, etc. And it doesn't help their case that USADA denied knowing about the injury too.
USADA gave the approval for Manny to get the shot. They spoke to Manny's doctor on several occasions. They didn't require MRIs and what not. Hence, Manny never supplied it.

USADA told the commissions even on fight night to allow the injections.

No. The commissions are investigating not to know if there was an injury but why was it that Manny had an injury but the checkbox was incorrectly checked. Remember that they were aware of an injury but was told late.
The commissions spoke to Manny's physicians and they told him that Manny can fight with the injury. Since it was just before the fight, that is why that is all they got as proof.

"We were not aware of his injury until tonight at 6:30. The medications he was taking were disclosed on his medical questionnaire, but not the actual injury," he explained.

        The checkbox:
"Aguilar said had he done that, the commission doctor would have monitored Pacquiao leading up to the fight and that he would have been allowed to receive the prefight anti-inflammatory shot"

Just out of curiosity, I don't remember seeing this statement from the USADA. Could you provide a link to the article?

That's the thing. If it was anyone but Floyd, they would not be awarded rounds where all Floyd does is touch Manny with jabs and excessively holds or does some other type of fouls. Peterson vs Garcia comes to mind. Peterson was NOT awarded for running around the ring and jabbing and giving the occasional good shot. Garcia the aggressor was even though Garcia did very little himself. Many said did less than Peterson early on.

USADA describes themselves as "only a third party to the fight, charged only with testing the fighters for banned substances in training and the night of the bout." They have no authority whatsoever beyond conducting the tests, processing the results, and notifying the proper people of the outcome of the testing. This is 100% on Pacquiao and his team for either lying or being ******.

So which is it, is Manny Pacquiao too ****** to fill out a form or did Manny lie to all his fans?

USADA never told NSAC to allow the injections. USADA and NSAC operate separately. Neither tells the other what to do. He's just making up stories again.

The irony is that allegedly both Pacquiao and Koncz filled out the form together. So the reality is worse. Either they were too ****** to fill out the form correctly, or both of them lied together.
