Floyd put on a hell of performance... Manny looked quick too... Freddie Roach is partly to blame for Pac's loss... Anyways... There is only ONE MAN who has a chance of OUTPOINTING Floyd... and his name is Erislandy Lara... And this fight will never be made.... Floyd take Khan and Thurman to school... Only Lara has the speed and REACH to keep up with Floyd on points...

Lara's got good distance control but he's not diverse enough in his attack to give Floyd problems.

I hope people give Maidana his proper respect now, it was Maidana that made Mayweather look older than he was.

We told them so. If you can't smother Floyd's offense and mix your attacks with illegal and dirty tactics, then you won't be able to get him out of his comfort zone like Maidana did in their first fight.

I blame it on the lack of Pacquiaos mom doing witchcraft . Where the fk was she. Floyd won easy overall, but was firing on all cylinders every round that he stole from Pacquiao . Someone put a flyer out for Pacquiaos arms he must have left him somewhere.

maidana at times was outjabbing and hurting mayweather,
i think the difference was maidana showed floyd less respect than manny did...

maidana might have shown less respect because he truly went into the fight as a big underdog

Haven't posted in ages, because boxing sucks. Very few good fighters and they're all in different divisions. The best fighters don't have anyone good to fight, and tonights fight was apparently no exception. Five years ago, Mayweather would have crushed Pac easily. Tonight, having slowed down, it was just a routine technical decision, judging from just about every live scorecard and post-fight analysis I could find.

Pac has been a great creation, a very good fighter who was hyped into a good person and an all-time great. He's genuinely very good, but he's not one of the greatest fighters ever, just very good for the era he's in. The problem is, he's just not on the same level as Mayweather. His image is totally manufactured. He's a scumbag with questionable morals. If we watched fighters based on who was a good person, there'd be no fighters to watch. It's part of the reason I don't watch anymore (that an understanding how horrible concussions and brain damage are).

That said, I was happy to hear Pac lost. I didn't watch it, because I don't care anymore. Pac is the casual fans dream. An action guy who pretends to be humble while beating the **** out of people that are perfectly suited for his style. As more of a boxing purist, it's nice to hear he lost, and people got to see he's not all he was cracked up to be. Floyd has diminished quite a bit, probably more than Pac, and he still won, because he has unparalleled skill and training habits.

Also, Freddie Roach talks more **** than any trainer in boxing. He's immensely disrespectful, so hopefully this teaches him to shut his mouth and do his job. He's no longer a fighter. He doesn't get in the ring, so he has no right to say anything bad about his fighters opponent. He made himself and Manny look like *******s for his behaviour. Glad they lost.

Well that's what i said before the fight, It isn't that Manny didn't want to throw but in order to throw you have to be within range and distance. Manny was not going to dictate that, which is why I said the fight would be non competitive, and that Manny would not get his flurries off because of that range and distance. I said Manny is not smart enough to not fight like he knows how, so it is an easy study for Floyd. Manny in order to win had to throw alot of punches, but in order to do that he would have to find creative ways to get in that range without getting countered. Even if Manny trained exactly for that how good could he be at it in just 3 months time to use it effectively. Manny was going to fight like he always does or at least tried and would get countered all night until he decided ok this shyt aint workin now what, now nothing you don't know anything else.
