Arum fabricated "Manny Signed The Contract And Is Waiting For Mayweather..." just before Manny's Movie Promo Tour so when Manny is asked about the fight he would only have to say "I Already Signed Just Waiting For Mayweather!"
Arum plays these games and have a history of doing it! I remember the BS he pulled with Paul Williams and Goossen (RIP) years ago, he was giving them the Run Around and making up **** in the media and doing everything he can so he would not have to make Kelly Pavlik vs Paul Williams

So basically Arum lied AGAIN when he stated they've signed on their side of the contract. FKIN leech! Trying to put pressure on Floyd using the media and fans.
