I think we should compare the PPV numbers for Pacquiao-Bradley (last U.S. fight for Pac) vs. Mayweather-Maidana 2 (last U.S. fight) which had comparable undercards... and those PPV buys should decide the percentage of the money split... if only we could only get Floyd to permit Showtime to release the numbers lol..

Mayweather: "Pacquiao has terrible PPV numbers" But won't release his own PPV numbers for his last fight ROFL... I really cracked up when I heard Floyd bring up PPV numbers...

This fight is happening at least 3 years too late... and Floyd is still acting like Pac is a low-level opponent with horrible PPV numbers... so I don't see, based on Floyd's comments, why he's even "negotiating" the fight...

Floyd saying Pac has horrible PPV numbers is basically saying that Pac isn't a worthy opponent and Floyd doesn't need him... so let's end the negotiations and move on.. I'm sure Floyd can make the same money fighting any other opponent as he can Pac (because other opponents go on the Today show and are asked about fighting Floyd too)...

first of all i'm a manny fan..i have manny destroying floyd, but i hate arum..and the facts say manny probably should take wat he can get b/c arum will only let him fight algieris, bradleys, and rios of the world..and there are not many of those out there that will sell..being a fan doesnt mean u deviate from fact or past events that repeat themselves

when someone comes out and support arum other than the pac team i will be obliged to hear wat they have to say...by someone i mean showtime first and then hbo next.

I was nine years old when Thrilla in Manila happened. I remember seeing my father bobbing and weaving as if he was the one trying to avoid Fraziers punches. Man, that was the fondest memories I have with my father while watching a boxing match. Even my grand mother who was an avid fan of boxing and wrestling was jumping up and down when Ali was announced the winner. She kept yelling "he quit, he quit". Lol

Les Moonves: I hope Floyd signs the contract.

          S. Espinoza: There isn't a contract!

Who am I to believe more? Oh that's right the actual real boss, Moonves. We need to hear from Todd DuBoef who actually runs Top Rank's day to day operations. People really need to tone it down with the fandom though, let's stop pretending like this fight is as appealing result wise as it would've been a few years ago. These dudes are a c*nt hair away from being retired.

Word hasnt gotten back to Manny that no contract exists yet?

Sigh... On some level I really feel bad for Manny.

But the most amazing part is his fans really dont understand that Manny is just blurting out the party line.

They think theres really a contract out there just waiting for Floyd's signature.

Well I mean, let's not mention that Pac fought a no-namer in China lol.. and Cotto fought Sergio Martinez lol.. but that being said... I'm in agreement here... why isn't Showtime offering Floyd $100 mil guarantee for Cotto but is for Pacquiao? They must be getting it wrong and Floyd is getting it right...

Floyd should end the "negotiations" and go fight Cotto or someone else.. he doesn't need Pac to make hundred of millions per fight he said...

And you bother to reply on that maggots post? Why? Nothing that he wrote holds truth. He's a big liar, that all he is. I don't even waste my time reading his nonsense.

Based on this article, Pacquiao said that he believes that it will happen based on the purported "issue" that the Mayweather side harped on. Not necessarily an admission of guilt there but you made an assumption and jumped into conclusions. hahaha
Cant misconstrued anything he clearly said blood testing is no longer an issue keywords are NO LONGER and arum is NO LONGER the issue common sense lacks with fanboys of both May and Pac do yall want the fight or just wanna keep going back and forth on forums over who ducked who, who can win I wonder sometimes with you guys

Just Floyd being floyd....a hypocrite. He gave a contract for $40 million in 2009 and now all of a sudden he's not entertaining a Pac fight because of Arum. He asked for 14 days random drug testing and then Manny relents to 14 day after the offer deadline....Floyd turns around and says 14 days is not good enough. FLOYD says bring it Manny then refutes and says he never said that.

good point until u understand that this was bradley 3rd time on ppv and chino's first...i dont know any fighter that could have 2 previous ppv's under his belt and not do over 1 million with floyd...pac's last 3 ppv all together are 1.5 million...floyd last 2 are 1.8..then add on canlo fight and its 4 million...manny is a definite B side..and they need to get HBO and arum to act like it to make this fight so manny can kick his fuc king a ss..floyd wont bulge in negotiations and i dont blame him he deserves it, but he also deserves this a sswhooping..
manny can only blame himself for his numbers..no one told him to get ko'd by marquez, or to fight rios, nor did we makin him fight algieri...arum did so he should understand his numbers would be low
