Can someone explain to me how Wlad has apparently avoided this guy? Did he say something along the lines of "If the money is right"? UK fighters are turning into Haymon level chumps.

At least Fury is the mandatory so he can't really be ****ed around in the same way Wladimir's voluntaries are.

Wlad didn't go for Jennings because he was scared of Fury, he made a tactical, strategic decision and took what he thought was the best option available to him at that time, which is exactly what Fury will do IF he is offered a fight with Wilder.

If I offered 1 dollar over your highest purse to face Wladimir Klitschko, it would technically be a "career high payday" but it would be peanuts for the magnitude of the fight and the overall money available of which Wladimir takes more than the lion's share.
Dereck Chisora received far more to fight David Haye and Tyson Fury than he did when challenging Vitali Klitschko for the world title.
I don't remember you saying anything when Wladimir demanded more than the usual mandatory % split for the Pulev fight.

Can it. Fury is borderline ducking Wilder here, which is pretty unbelievable with the level of talk he's known for.

I have some doubts Fury will be too keen to sign when the time comes. Either way, Jennings is probably the better fighter between the two.

And of course he'd be ducking Klitschko if he fought Wilder.
Do you ever get tired of making a fool out of yourself?

Wlad is already a megastar in Europe, and in the UK. I do not think the UK holds the same allure as America for him.
I haven't seen Jennings fight, but I think Wlad would destroy Fury. He's stronger, far more technical, and he can fight from a good range. But, it will be nice to see Wlad fight someone his own size for a change.Last edited by Heavyfist; 01-22-2015, 09:09 AM.
