If Pac and Arum are insisting that they've agreed to Floyd's demands then we have to assume that's the truth unless Floyd comes out and says differently. If its not true then all Floyd needs to do is state what was offered and if Pac did or did not accept. Instead he's beating around the bush when asked questions pertaining to Pac stating that he accepted all of Floyd's terms.

Again, thats my whole point, since Moonves is involved Floyd cannot make up his same old nonsense about Arum.
How is accepting every demand making it difficult? Lol. Does Floyd get specific? Not on that. But when he does get specific why the fight is difficult, "Pac not a boss doe...Pac have bad PPV doe..." Yea those are clearly great reasons as to why Arum is making this fight difficult.

I believe the backlash this time, will be much worse. Especially if he fights Cotto. People are basically going to dismiss it as, a) he ducked Pacquiao, and b) he's already beaten Cotto.
Considering how close the Pacquiao fight appears/appeared to be this time, I think the backlash will be terrible.

I know Showtime can opt out of the floyd contract if they want... if I was them, Id say look Floyd, we're back into a corner here... Either we fight Pacquiao or this is where the train ends.

From LA Times today
"Discussions to make the super-fight are proceeding, with Mayweather and Pacquiao having expressed verbal agreement to a purse split, a drug-testing plan and the MGM Grand in Las Vegas as a venue, while network executives from Showtime and HBO on Tuesday discussed a joint pay-per-view broadcast."
Both sides do have an agreement on some aspects but its not done like Arum/Pac have been saying

For reference, heres what Ariza said in 2010:
Ariza told me this week that he has genuine, serious doubts that the Pacquiao-Mayweather bout, which was expected to generate in the region of $200 million, will ever come to fruition.
“I really don’t think so. I don’t think it will be anything to do with Manny and Mayweather in the end. I think it will come down to the relations between Bob Arum and Golden Boy. Bob Arum was seriously fed up of the messing for this fight ?and wanted to get it signed,?he said.
“They don’t want to mess around with Mayweather. I think for him it is a case of whether he humbles himself and raises his position walks into Golden Boy’s offices and just signs the papers. There isn’t anything to say about it. If Mayweather wants the fight he is going to have to bite his tongue and go with whatever is stipulated in the contract.?br />
?b>Will Mayweather do that ? I think he won’t. Not once he sees what Manny does against Joshua Clottey. That’s going to instil even more fear into Mayweather.?/i>
