It looks more to me like a guy who might have once been close to Pac's boxing circle, and is now barely hanging by a thread. According to you he made more with in house fights. But right now his roster is a lot thinner so I doubt that's the case.

Arum worked with King who he hated, worked with GBP, and many other promoters.

The difference is Arum is old as **** and doesn't care about money. He is already worth more than Oscar and Floyd combined, what's another 50 million going to do for him? He never forgave Floyd for paying to get out of his contract and going to make the biggest fight in the sports history PPV wise without him. The last thing Arum is going to do is let Floyd beat Manny as well no matter the money involved. If the fight never happens then Floyd takes the majority of the blame as Manny is more well liked and Floyd already has a rep for ducking the biggest challenges available since his ODL fight.
