Arum does want the fight, him meeting with Les Moonves makes that CRYSTAL CLEAR. He doesn't particularly want it on May 2nd being that Canelo vs Cotto will generate maximum profit on that day being that it's a Mexican holiday. Fighters lose fights and move on, but Oscar is the only guy that hasn't done so. Losing to Floyd and seeing him explode financially afterwards eats at Oscar daily. He can say what he wants, but that fight sent Oscar off the deep end. That loss ate at Oscar to the point that the boy started snorting *******, drinking booze and dressing in drag. Floyd beating him destroyed Oscar as a person and a man. The media gave him the name the golden boy but he was beat by a black man and to this day it's a issue he hasn't come to terms with. The only thing that will help Oscar get over losing to Floyd is to see Floyd loose.
