His punching power should increase a lil bit, i just hope when he is eating the beef that hes not drinking cold water with it, or he can become a bit sluggish.

It could be, but I've always attributed it to his style of fighting as he doesn't always sit down on his punches and goes for volume. That said, I feel like his lack of power has always been exaggerated to an extent, he's got some pop. He put down Witter, he beat up Peterson, he busted up Ruslan's face, he wobbled Manny in the second fight, and he caught Marquez with a good counter. Not a power puncher by any means, but the guy has shown he's not feather fisted neither.

I think he was referring (jokingly?) to the Duran No Mas fight.

Since beef is high in protein it contains a high amount of fat as well, it is always best to incorporate hot to warm water to help the body breakdown the fats and to help digest the beef better... cold water will clump the fat making it harder to digest it...

Think of it like this, would you ever clean a greasy pan with cold water? Of course not you would have to use hot water to break down the grease... its the same thing in the human body, hot water helps to break down the fats faster and digest faster as well.

Yea, he tends to fight on his toes and/or backfoot quite a bit. But Ive always said he he has enough po pto keep people honest. With that said, its not like the guy's hes fighting are easy to kayo anyways.
