im not trying to make any excuses. i even called this before the fight started. i said this fight will do around 350k. i believe i was having that conversation with mega, so check up with him if u think im trying to make any excuses. its just funny how u're here acting like its a big suprise when u were complaining that manny is fighting a nobody for a whole month.. straight! so go ahead and throw ur jokes out now, just dont act like u're suprise by this.

When you do #'s like this and your name is Manny Pacquiao, it suggests not only that you're fighting an unknown (he's done that before and done far better #'s), but that the matchup itself is unappealing to everyone but your most ardent of fans. His last three PPV's since being KO'ed have done under 2mil buys collectively, less than Mayweather-Alvarez alone. And it's only going to get worse.

At least they're watching. They love Manny so much, they don't bother to tune in anymore.

PPV's should only be huge fights or event like a chavez v canelo.
Yes sir, the prices are crazy....not that I can't afford it, but I don't want to with what I'm being given in return. And not all ODH were PPV, as it should be.

Back in the late 90's and early 00's I actually got excited for a lot of PPV's and would try and talk my friends into watching them with me....now I don't bother. The biggest PPV in the last while was Floyd/Nelo and IMO that was a crappy event too, Garcia fight was good, but it's sad that it was a treat to have a good fight on an undercard.
True. the main problem is Floyd. His style is not PPV friendly once he has won enough rounds that his opponents needs a KO. You are essentially left with what you had with Floyd/canelo- watching Floyd paint a masterpiece,

DUde, then stop wasting words. It flopped because Manny isn't as popular as many claim and the buying public is holding him accountable for the fight not happening.

No reason to take this fight other than to make many look great.

True. I can afford it as well but I used to get Cotto/Sergio level fights on BAD or WCB. Just wait until Floyd v many-that might be $99.

                  Who cares?????

American's, I tell ya. WHO CARES HOW MANY PPV BUYS THIS PARTICULAR CARD, DID? Only Floyd's coward ass cares about something that only a woman would. The question is really, is Manny Pacquiao the best fighter of our era, or am I? Floyd has you idiots brain-washed, man. Manny is now in position for his next fight to be a Mega one, or a Super one. You choose? There is Floyd Mayweather, which will break ALL PPV records. There is also Danny Garcia, the king down at 140lbs. His next opponent will be one of the two. Be gone now. This man is a global icon fighting outside of the country. Has Floyd ever attempted or even thought about doing this? Of course not. He has no "global" appeal and has no balls, either. The entire world has to "force" him to do what a normal great fighter "wants" to do. Smh.

Ha, you really did get the serg/cotto on regular HBO, or a couple of fights like that on PPV undercards, it's just sad. Hard to put on good undercards when the top fighters on the card want all the money and more though
