Floyd has too many testicle blowers and brainwashed people who will buy fights while the networks continue to hype his opponents... Canelo was the best... how a guy who looked like sht against Trout with serious stamina problems was a threat to Floyd was an amazing selling job...

Khan was coming off the Julio Diaz life and death fight and was the Floyd-runner up opponent LOL... come on... Floyd did 850K PPVs against the guy who lost 12-0 to Alexander and lost to Khan...

Do I see Floyd-Pac happening... Why? See my sig and imagine Khan's speed being hyped after he beats Alexander... Floyd-Khan will do a good 700-800K PPVs, and Floyd will be happy with that and his fans will be thrilled knowing his fake undefeated record remains intact.

I think they want the big fights at 147 against guys who bring $$$ to the table, mainly Mayweather but they also want to keep their options open at 140. Especially considering that there are unknowns whether Al Haymon will let his fighters face PAC.

      It's that simple.

This koncz guy thinks u can fool the fans? He acts like pac fought margarito at jr middleweight, pac made marg drop 4 pounds and to top it off pac never fought as a jr middleweight, he fought as a welter , so he beats a drained guy while pac comes in weighing whatever he wants, comes in feeling comfortable he won the jr middleweight title without fighting at jr middleweight

I think hes off it too ... His body looks much different now, i think the reason hes off it is he kind of changed with all this religion stuff,so now hes off of it,urine tests will not detect everything and i remember barrera saying that when he fought pac, mannys urine looked too dark, implying he was on something

Running with his tail between his legs isnt a good look for Floyd, not fighting the #1 threat for ones 'title' is unacceptable and if the #1 & #2 fighters in ANY weight class dont face off there will be no 'Champ' for that division plain and simple, just contenders who are 'ranked. And should the #1 refuse to face the #2 guy, that is a legitmate DUCK.(ex: Adonis Stevenson)
At the same time, its unacceptable fpr the #2 guy to face the #4 or 5 guy in the weight class below what he currently fights at. And its also not a good look for Pac to re-sign with Bob knowing damn well his options are limited at Top Rank. Cant look good moving down in weight either especially with the talent at 147 at the moment but then again Pacs really not that big either (5'3" i believe) and if he cant secure a shot at Floyd then a drop in weight is reasonable(doesnt look good on Floyd) ill leave that up to you whether its acceptable or not.
In closing, Whether he offered or not is beside the point but shud be noted-floyd needs to man up and pac just needs to accept the offer...get in the ring MFers!!

What big Welterweight has Pacquiao fought in recent years?

                      Algieri, Bradley, Marquez and Rios.
