I don't care what nationality the refs are.
As it's been highlighted here, others have let fights go on too long.
It just seems people are quick to criticise when they don't ref themselves.

The ref never even took the chance to analyse Periban, he didn't look at his condition he just wanted to flat out stop it.

Factors to consider...

• Periban didn't land awkardly
• He was capable of getting up
• His legs weren't gone
• He is renowned for having a good chin
• Never stopped before

We have standing 8 counts for referees to make an assessment on a fighter, Periban wasn't out of it he just got knocked down by a good shot.
Point is why have standing 8 counts and not use them?
Howard Foster should be punished for this performance.

Periban was up and ready to fight by the count of 8... doesn't that mean he should be allowed to continue?

Im sure Foster knows the rules, I just think he panics. Obviously it easy to make decisions from my sofa but he gets paid to do this.
