All I know is Floyd has made pacquiao three god damn offers on three different occasions.....one for 50/50 split, one for 40 million with undisclosed details and one by showtime which would be worth 40 mil minimum plus 35% upside. Team pacquiao has never accepted any of those offers. How many offers do you think arum or team pacquiao have initiated through this entire mayweather-pacquiao circus? None, nada, zero, zilch!!! In other words, if you're still on here defending this pos arum and that pos pacquiao then you need your damn head examined!

Floyd never accepted 50-50. He kept saying he was not willing to go 50-50, it was his camp that wanted that. $40 million did not include PPV buys. I don't think you can link here but I would have linked an article where Pacquiao's advisor counter offered $50 million and winner of the fight gets 55% PPV buys while loser gets 45%. His advisor went as far as flying to Vegas to speak to Floyd. In a youtube interview which I don't think I can link here, Floyd confirms this and even said he's the highest paid athlete and has to have 100% of the PPV buys. And where did the third offer come from?

Pacquiao has to man up and admit to reporters that the fight will not happen as long as he is with Arum. He should also admit that he has no intentions of ever leaving Arum, and that Arum has turned down many offers to fight Floyd throughout the years. Give your fans a peace of mind and just tell them, sure I want Floyd but I will stay with Arum for the rest of my career. I will never go out and promote myself like DLH, Cotto, Mayweather.

Floyd offered 50-50 in the first Negos and Showtime also just recently confirmed that they offered team pacquiao a $40 million at a minimum plus 35% upside. Where have you been, under a rock? Pacquiao doesnt deserve more money than Floyd and any "counter offer" that suggest that pacquiao can make more should be laughed at.

I think it became obvious Floyd was done dealing with Top Rank in regards to this fight last year. So if Manny still wants the fight he would have to be the one to initiate negotiations. Which makes all the media talk seem odd, because if you want to fight someone then wouldn't you contact them?

Your leaving out a major detail. Floyd agreed to the 50-50 if it could be validated. Arum never opened his books so no one knew if Manny was actually worth %50 or not. It was no secret what Floyd made but no one knew or knows what Manny is actually worth.

Floyd took issue with this because he has to put up money on his end. Do you not remember Arum trying to dictate Floyds guarantee? The money that Floyd offered Manny comes from Floyd. That 40 million is his money, and it's a lot to be throwing around especially since Manny doesn't have to offer anything up. The promotion would have been handled by Golden Boy and TMT, Top Rank would not have had to do anything but collect dues from Manny. Yet we have this whole fiasco because Arum wants more money and Manny can't stand up to him and force the issue.

I think what it came down to was this: Arum tried to make a power play for more cash and it didn't work because of Floyds business model. With the way he makes his money it was never going allow for Arum to take a huge cut in no way shape or form.

It's also no coincidence that he makes anyone that wants to fight Manny sign to Top Rank. The man wants as much financial control as he can get but with Floyd it simply won't happen. On one side you have a greedy old zombie and the other an a$$hole boxer who won't have it any other way besides his own.

Now tell me the odds of having these two work together with a positive outcome. I do believe that Arum is milking this to keep Manny in superstar status. As he drifted further away from Floyd his star has faded considerably.
