Thats as close as i can get to elite fighters, its not pacquaio, but at least zab and robert were better fighters then margacheato.... they were ranked top 5 in their division before floyd fought them, and zab was he undisputed champ, so if that didnt make him elite despite the baldo fight then idk..

"bull" cotto would walk throught him throwing those killer left hooks to the body, something he rarely used in his fight vs trout. care to try again?
So his loss to Manny doesn't count because it was 2 lbs below 147, and his loss to Floyd doesn't count because it was over 147 (even though Cotto is bigger than Floyd), and Trout didn't count because some gibberish about killer hooks?

Is there something magical that happens when Cotto weighs exactly 147 lbs? Does he un-suck or something?

The prime ww's at the time-pwill, margs-were never elite. The only prime, elite ww was manny, who refused the fight at the time.

I gave you a perfectly logical reason as to why floyd did not fight cotto at 147 pounds in 08, and you agreed with me, so plz stop bringing that up.

True. Judah always had the potential to be elite and Guerrero is solid but hardly elite.

It seems that you never heard of this, but just incase:

              STYLES MAKES FIGHTS

and yes being weight drained when you are already just making the weight limit by a pound or less does have a negative affect on your perfomance.

              Damn casuals

I can respect your opinion. But an elite fighter would not lose to baldomir at that time.

You don't have to beat someone solely in their prime for it to be a good win. Kov just beat a 50 yr old and people have him top 5 pfp lol. Hatton was in top 10 pfp so was Mosley so was cotto
