"There are six ways to beat Arturo Gatti."
"Shane Mosley is broke."
Blah blah. Doesn't mean he was scared to fight them.

Eight-division world champion Manny Pacquiao has finally agreed to everything Floyd Mayweather Jr. wants in order to make what seems to be the biggest and most lucrative fight in boxing history.
One of the major conditions demanded by Mayweather during the early stage of negotiations almost three years ago was the Olympic-style drug test (OSDT), which required Pacquiao to submit to a random drug test all the way up to the day of the fight.
Mayweather believed Pacquiao was taking performance enhancing drugs which gave him an added advantage over his opponents during his previous fights.
In order to come to an agreement, Pacquiao offered a 14-day drug testing window, saying he feels weak when blood is taken from his body and would need a few days to recover.
Mayweather balked at Pacquiao's offer and after weeks and months of negotiations, Pacquiao relented and changed his offer to seven days.
Still, Mayweather continued to criticize Pacquiao for his refusal to join him in what he called an action necessary to clean the sport of boxing.
In his desire to give boxing fans the fight they have long wanted to see, Pacquiao finally decided to agree on Mayweather's demand without pre-conditions.
It's not like he just agreed to testing in the first negotiations. He came around in 2012! The question many people have always had was "why would you want any cut-off dates?"Last edited by richardt; 09-26-2014, 12:53 PM.

Floyd is scared of fighters at their prime. His record is a joke.

They have high quality programs like Ray Donovan and Shameless which is why people subscribe. Using your same numbers, all you did was really spin it in Floyd's favor. When I look at those numbers I see that they did 2.2 million buys in May 2003 and then it took them a year and half to get roughly that same number at 2.5 million.
Think about that for a minute. It took Floyd 3 other PPV's to get the same number he got with Canelo except his fee went from 40 million... to 96 MILLION dollars and you're going to sit here and tell me Showtime is doing great. Keep trying Dunn, I admire your resolve. You're like the Margarito of NSB, always getting beat down but you keep on fighting.
I never used the or implied they were doing great. WHy do you continue to change what I said and then want me to debate it? why can't we just debate the points I made-same way we do with the points you make?
This isn't about winning or losing, its about truth and everyday logic employed when discussing boxing.

we all kno floyd contradicts himself and has issues but it really amazes me that after freddie roach and ariza both admitted they were the reason the fight didnt happen when it mattered, pacs fanatics ignore it and act like it wasnt said, i mean these guys will argue with pacs trainer????? why do u all act like this isnt a reason the fight didnt happen??? why is all your blame on floyd even after all of this?? yet anything u hear about floyd in a negative light you take it and run with it as a fact but ignore actual facts????
now ariza comes out n says it again that both floyd and pac want the fight, sugar ray leonard says none of these guys are scared of eachother yet everyday posters come here with the same arguments daily.... should we listn to you over people who are actually apart of the situation?? can yu all explain this elephant in the room?

Fact: Floyd isn't confident he can avoid getting tagged with manny's straight lefts... If Maidana could hit him... imagine what Manny will do... Manny will test Floyd's chin like no one ever has, that's a fact... And Floyd doesn't want to take that test.
Floyd posting that imagine on his Facebook is good publicity for both fighters... and that's all it will ever be, publicity... not a prelude to the greatest boxing event in history... another fact.... stop dreaming
