Comments Thread For: Algieri: A KO of Pacquiao is Not Out of The Question!

Although he is not a big puncher, WBO junior welterweight champion Chris Algieri (20-0, 8KOs) is not ruling out the possibility of a stoppage victory on November 22nd, when he travels to Macau to challenge WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (56-5-2, 38KOs) on HBO Pay-Per-View from the Venetian Resort.

Algieri landed the opportunity to face Pacquiao with last month's upset twelve round split decision victory over Ruslan Provodnikov at the Barclays Center in Brooklyn.

There was no shot of him stopping Ruslan, at any point during the fight. If the fight was stopped it would have been because of Algiere's eye.

Of course. Pac's chin is so glass Paulie Malignaggi would stop him.

Algieri better be careful not to get caught up in the media whirlwind. The other day someone in his camp saying he outclassed Ruslan after round 1, Chris saying Mayweather is a goal etc.

If Bradley can stagger him, Chris can.

I'm thinking this guy didn't loose his fight against Ruslan Provodnikov but he definitely lost his mind in the ring that night.
